P90x Accessories
what do i need with P90X?
what accessories do i need to get and what comes with the dvds? do they offer the accessories when you call? is it cheaper to buy on ebay instead? does anyone have a list of all i need? i would greatly appreciate!
You will need Dumbbells (adjustable are best), or Resistance bands (good variety)
A pull up bar or door attachment for the bands
A mat would be good but is not 100% needed.
That’s really it. Yes you can get all the supplies from Beachbody. They have very good resistance bands and door kits. The pull up bar is one of the best out there too.
They do not have the Dumbbells though. You will have to get those on your own if you want to us them.
I also like the new program ChaLEAN Extreme. This new program is similar to P90X with the intensity but No pull-ups 
and shorter workouts!
Check out both and see what meets your needs.
What ever program you decide on, you Will want to be sure you use basic supplements to maximize your results and overall fitness. A multi vitamin and protein powder should top you list of supplements.
